Generations Advantage

Amplifon®

All Generations Advantage members have a hearing aid benefit through Amplifon. The Hearing Aid benefit provides coverage for hearing aids which are not covered by Original Medicare.

Members should contact Amplifon at 888-669-2167 for any hearing aid benefit or device questions.

Amplifon is available Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm.

CVS Caremark™

CVS Caremark is a Martin's Point Generations Advantage trusted partner, providing prescription and Part D services. They are able to assist with all your medication needs, including:

  • Running test claims
  • Suggesting alternative medications
  • Arranging for a pharmacist consultation
  • Initiating PA/formulary exception process for medications

Doctors on Demand by Included Health

Doctors on Demand by Included Health administers telehealth services for Generations Advantage plan members.

Members and their covered dependents have online access to urgent care 24/7/365. Members can connect with a doctor from the comfort of home or elsewhere. 

  • See a doctor fast with 24/7/365 access to board-certified providers
  • Get prescriptions sent to a local pharmacy of your choice
  • Connect anywhere, anytime virtually from your smartphone, tablet, or computer

EyeMed® Eyewear Discount

Generations Advantage plan members can receive a discount on eyewear through EyeMed as an added benefit of their Northeast Delta Dental coverage.

If the eyewear retailer works with EyeMed, they may be able to apply a discount.

  • The retailer will need to apply EyeMed Group Number 9231093.

To get started, visit EyeMed Vision Care or call 866-246-9041 and simply say “Benefits” and state if you are looking for glasses or contacts. Then respond to any subsequent prompts about your eyewear.

Note: Eye exam is not available through this benefit.

Focus Care Home Visit Scheduling

Focus Care offers wellness visits and preventative health screenings in the comfort of the member’s home or through a video health call. These services have no out of pocket cost to the member. Focus Care will share the results of the visit with the member’s primary care provider.

Focus Care will service Generations Advantage members in Maine and New Hampshire. All members who participate in a Focus Care Home Visit will receive a $15 Hannaford gift card.

Focus Care Home Visit scheduling can be reached at 800-295-5925. They are available Monday to Friday 8:30am–8pm.

LifeStation®

Martin's Point partners with LifeStation to offer advanced medical alert devices through a Covered Medical Benefit (for Alliance members) and a Value-Added Discount (for Prime, Access, Select, and Value Plus members). Both options provide 24/7 monitoring with devices such as in-home systems, mobile units with GPS/WiFi, and optional fall detection.

Matrix Home Visit Scheduling

Maxtrix offers wellness visits and preventative health screenings in the comfort of the member's home or through a video health call. These services have no out of pocket cost to the member. Matrix will share the results of the visit with the member's primary care provider.

Matrix services all Generations Advantage members in Maine and New Hampshire. Members who complete a visit will receive a $15 Hannaford gift card.

Mom's Meals® Affinity Program

The Mom's Meals affinity program offers access to discounted home delivered meals for all Generations Advantage members.

North East Delta Dental® (NEDD)

The Generations Advantage Dental benefit is administered by North East Delta Dental (NEDD). They can assist with questions about: 

  • Coverage: Find out if a specific dental service is covered.
  • Costs: Understand the cost and category a service falls into.
  • Provider status: Check if a provider is in-network.

North East Delta Dental customer support is available Monday to Friday, 8am–4:45pm at 800-832-5700.

OTCHS Over the Counter Health Solutions

Members receive a quarterly amount to purchase from over 350 CVS-brand, over-the-counter products.

Members can make purchases:

  • Online 24/7

SironaHealth® Nurse Line

Through our partnership with SironaHealth, Martin’s Point provides a dedicated Nurse Line service.

This service offers ongoing support for all your health-related inquiries, ensuring you have access to professional advice whenever you need it.

  • 24-Hour Nurse Line: Whether you need ongoing support for health management or immediate advice after hours, our registered nurses provide valuable insights and guidance, helping you make informed decisions about your health care.
  • When to Call: Use the Nurse Line for urgent health inquiries, medication questions, and immediate health guidance, especially when your primary care provider is unavailable.

Members can call the Nurse Line service from Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm at 1-800-574-8494.

In addition to the Nurse Line, our Health Coach services offer personalized advice for managing health conditions, creating exercise plans, or lifestyle changes.

WholeHealth®

Our partnership with WholeHealth allows members to receive discounts of 10–30% off complementary and alternative medical treatments by visiting participating providers.

This gives you access to beneficial treatment options you may otherwise not be able to access or allows you to get discounts on services you may already use, such as:
